Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing and growing the company’s presence across social media platforms. This role involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling engaging content, and optimizing posts for reach, engagement, and lead generation. The Social Media Manager will monitor trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to strengthen brand awareness and support marketing objectives.

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan campaigns, grow audiences, and improve engagement.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, compelling, and brand-aligned messages across platforms.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to develop calendars, align content with marketing goals, and support lead generation.
• Candidates should have experience with social media analytics tools, basic graphic design or content creation tools, and knowledge of current digital marketing trends.
• Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
