Role Description Chef Instructor is a full-time, in office role based in Koramangala Bengaluru. We are looking for experienced and qualified CDP level and above, responsible for delivering premium pastry and chocolate arts instruction to learners. The Chef Instructor collaborates with the academic team on curriculum updates, supports workshops and events, and helps nurture a professional, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment. Qualifications
• Strong professional experience in patisserie, baking, and chocolate arts, with proficiency in classic and contemporary techniques.
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in culinary or pastry education settings is highly desirable.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations, with the ability to enforce best practices consistently.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex techniques clearly and patiently.
• Ability to manage classes, organize practical sessions, and support diverse learners with varying skill levels.




• Relevant culinary or pastry qualification or certification from a recognized institute; international exposure is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to learner success and continuous skill development.
• Flexibility to support workshops, events, and occasional extended hours based on academic or industry activities.
