Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Engineer role based at the BJ Spring Limited facility in Faridabad. The Quality Assurance Engineer will oversee quality control processes for high-tensile fasteners, including planning and executing tests on products and production procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing inspection and test plans, monitoring compliance with quality standards, documenting test results, and coordinating with production and maintenance teams to resolve non-conformities. The role also involves root cause analysis for defects, implementation of corrective and preventive actions, and support for internal and external audits. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes, reduce defects,



and maintain customer satisfaction. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Test Execution and Test Cases, with the ability to design, run, and document tests clearly and accurately.
• Candidates should possess solid Quality Assurance and Manual Testing experience, ensuring adherence to standards and systematic evaluation of product quality.
• Candidates should possess a foundation in Software Testing principles where relevant to measurement systems, quality tools, or digital reporting platforms.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, CAPA, control plans, SPC) and familiarity with ISO or similar standards.
• Candidates should possess solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively on the shop floor with production teams.
• Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills for creating reports, documenting findings, and interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• A diploma or degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred; prior experience in fasteners or precision manufacturing is an advantage.
