• Weekly Off: 1 day per week

About the Company
Kashi Varanasi Tours & Travels specializes in domestic and international tour packages, pilgrimage tours, hotel bookings, and customized holiday planning.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries about travel packages.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tours.
• Prepare and share quotations.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Assist customers throughout the booking process.
• Resolve queries and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth travel arrangements. Eligibility & Requirements




• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Customer-friendly and skilled attitude.
• Patience and confidence in handling inquiries.

Salary:

• Training: 7 days of unpaid professional training
• Probation: First week of employment
• Paid Leaves: Up to 10 days annually, as per company policy
• Leads: Provided by the company; no independent lead generation required
