Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced HCM – Benefits Lead to lead and manage benefits administration, benefits configuration, and implementation activities within a Human Capital Management (HCM) setting. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in employee benefits processes, benefits systems, compliance, and stakeholder management, along with experience in optimizing HR operations and delivering effective benefits solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, implementation, configuration, and administration of employee benefits programs within the HCM platform.
• Manage end-to-end benefits processes, including health insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, leave benefits, and other employee welfare programs.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external benefits vendors to ensure seamless benefits operations.
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into effective HCM benefits solutions.
• Oversee benefits configuration, testing, system enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable benefits regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Manage annual benefits enrollment, employee eligibility, benefits changes, and life-event processing.
• Lead system upgrades, implementation projects, process improvements, and benefits-related reporting.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and user training materials.
• Monitor benefits-related KPIs, resolve escalations, and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience.




• Lead and mentor team members while coordinating with business stakeholders and senior management. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in HCM, benefits administration, benefits consulting, or HR systems.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits processes and end-to-end benefits lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with at least one HCM platform, such as Workday HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, or a similar system.
• Experience in benefits configuration, testing, implementation, integrations, and system support.
• Knowledge of benefits eligibility rules, enrollment processes, employee data management, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage priorities, and drive process improvements.
• Experience preparing functional documentation, conducting UAT, and supporting end users. Preferred Qualifications
• HCM Benefits certification in Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience leading HCM benefits implementations or transformation projects.
• Knowledge of benefits vendor integrations and payroll interfaces.
• Experience working with global benefits programs and cross-functional teams. Key Competencies
