Role Description The Social Media Designer is a full-time, in office role based in puducherry. The role involves designing visually engaging content for social media platforms, including static graphics, short videos, and motion elements aligned with institutional brand guidelines. The Social Media Designer will collaborate with marketing, communications, and academic teams to translate campaign objectives into effective social media creatives,



optimize designs for different platforms, and support ongoing digital campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and refining design concepts, preparing assets for publishing, maintaining visual consistency across channels, and staying updated with design and social media trends relevant to healthcare and education. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and social media platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to maintain and evolve a cohesive institutional identity.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography to create clear, readable, and aesthetically balanced layouts.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar) and basic motion/animation tools is preferred.
• A portfolio demonstrating social media design work, visual storytelling, and brand-focused projects is required.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is beneficial.
