About the Company
We are a fast-growing astrology and spiritual commerce brand offering personalised astrology reports, consultations, and spiritual services to customers across India. As we scale our digital presence and customer acquisition, we are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing professional with strong hands-on experience in e-commerce growth, paid advertising, conversion rate optimisation, and creative strategy. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, customer acquisition economics, e-commerce funnels, and creative-led growth, with the ability to manage live campaigns and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Campaign Management
• Plan, execute, manage, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive revenue, purchases, and profitable customer acquisition.
• Independently manage campaigns, budgets, audiences, bidding strategies, and scaling decisions based on performance.
• Monitor daily campaign performance across spend, revenue, conversions, CPA, CAC, ROAS, AOV, and purchase conversion rates.
• Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while maintaining target acquisition costs and marketing efficiency.
• Analyse campaign, ad set, keyword, audience, and placement-level performance to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities. 2. E-commerce Funnel & Conversion Optimisation
• Analyse the complete customer journey, from ad impressions and clicks to landing-page visits, product selection, checkout initiation, OTP verification, payment completion, and purchases.
• Identify funnel drop-offs and develop actionable strategies to improve landing-page conversion, checkout completion, payment success rates, and overall purchase conversion.
• Work closely with product, technology, and analytics teams to improve website user experience and reduce friction in the purchase journey.
• Monitor key funnel metrics, including CTR, CPC, landing-page conversion rate, add-to-cart rate, checkout initiation, payment success rate, and overall CVR.

• Develop and evaluate hypotheses through A/B testing, landing-page experiments, and customer journey analysis. 3. CAC, ROAS & Business Economics
• Develop a strong understanding of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), contribution margins, revenue, and profitability.
• Track campaign performance against business targets and recommend budget allocation based on incremental growth and unit economics.
• Analyse the relationship between acquisition costs, conversion rates, average order value, customer lifetime value, and repeat purchases wherever applicable.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency without compromising the volume or quality of purchases.
• Prepare performance forecasts, budget plans, and scaling recommendations based on historical data and campaign trends. 4. Creative Strategy & Performance Analysis
• Work closely with creative, design, and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, videos, static ads, UGC-style content, hooks, and copy.
• Analyse creative performance based on thumb-stop rate, hook retention, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS.
• Identify winning creative concepts, messaging angles, audience pain points, and formats that can drive better acquisition and conversion.
• Develop structured creative testing frameworks covering hooks, offers, messaging, formats, and calls to action.
• Continuously refresh creatives, identify creative fatigue, and translate performance insights into actionable briefs for the creative team. 5. Analytics, Reporting & Growth Experiments
• Maintain daily and weekly performance dashboards using Google Sheets, Excel, and available analytics platforms.
• Use tools such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and website analytics platforms to analyse customer behaviour and campaign effectiveness.

• Ensure accurate tracking of purchases, revenue, and key funnel events in coordination with relevant teams.
• Conduct competitor, audience, and market research to identify new acquisition opportunities.
• Stay updated on advertising platform changes, AI-powered marketing tools, attribution practices, and emerging performance marketing strategies. Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably with an e-commerce, D2C, consumer internet, or digital commerce business.
• Proven experience managing and optimising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce customer acquisition, purchase funnels, conversion rate optimisation, and revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR, AOV, contribution margins, and marketing unit economics.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse funnel drop-offs, particularly add-to-cart, checkout, OTP verification, and payment completion.
• Strong creative performance analysis skills, including experience with structured creative testing and fatigue management.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with the ability to analyse large datasets and build performance reports.
• Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking, attribution, and tools such as Looker Studio or similar dashboards.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and make decisions based on data rather than assumptions.

• Ownership of live advertising campaigns, acquisition budgets, and business growth metrics.
• Hands-on exposure to performance marketing, e-commerce conversion optimisation, creative strategy, and AI-powered marketing tools.
