YOUR TASKS Job Title: QMS Engineer / Quality Management System Engineer Department: Quality Management Purpose of the Position To establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements, and internal FORVIA HELLA standards. Support internal audits, process audits, supplier quality management, and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Quality Management System (QMS) Maintain and improve QMS documentation as per IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements. Monitor compliance with quality procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Coordinate management review meetings and track action closures. Maintain document control and record retention systems.
• Internal & External Audits Plan And Conduct Internal System Audits Process Audits (VDA 6.3) Layered Process Audits (LPA) Product Audits Support certification audits conducted by external agencies. Coordinate customer audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.



Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) arising from audits.
• Process Quality Monitor manufacturing process compliance and effectiveness. Analyze quality KPIs and identify improvement opportunities. Lead Root Cause Analysis Using 8D Methodology 5 Why Analysis Ishikawa Diagram Drive continuous improvement and error-proofing activities.
• Supplier Quality Management Support supplier assessments and qualification activities. Participate in supplier process audits and supplier development programs. Monitor Supplier Quality Performance PPM Delivery Quality Audit Scores Follow up on supplier corrective actions and 8D reports. Coordinate with purchasing and supplier quality teams for issue resolution.
• Customer & Compliance Requirements Support Compliance With IATF 16949 ISO 9001 VDA Standards Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) Ensure timely implementation of customer quality requirements.
• Continuous Improvement Facilitate Kaizen and quality improvement projects. Support lessons learned implementation. Promote quality awareness across departments. Your Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial,



or Automotive Engineering. 3-8 years of experience in Automotive Quality/QMS.
