Role Description The Finance Account Specialist is a full-time role based in Tenkasi. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The specialist will prepare, review, and reconcile financial statements, monitor accounts payable and receivable, and assist in budgeting and financial reporting. The role also involves performing financial analysis to support decision-making,



identifying process improvements, and providing timely, accurate financial information to management. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to apply core financial principles in an industrial and technology-focused setting.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Financial Statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for handling financial data, identifying trends, and supporting management with insights and recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, ACCA) are an advantage.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel/Zoho Sheets
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
