Company Description COGÍVA Systems is building an AI-native accounting platform designed to make financial management simpler, smarter, and more connected. We are developing a product that combines intelligent automation, connected financial workflows, and actionable financial insights for businesses, with an initial focus on the UAE and Oman. We are looking for a creative and proactive Brand & Marketing Associate to help build COGÍVA’s brand presence, communicate our product vision, and grow our digital audience as we prepare for launch. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, Kerala. The Brand & Marketing Associate will manage COGÍVA’s social media presence, create engaging digital content, support marketing campaigns, and maintain consistent brand communication across platforms. The ideal candidate combines creativity with practical execution skills, including graphic design, image editing, and short-form video creation. Key Responsibilites
• Manage and grow COGÍVA’s LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant social media channels.
• Plan and create engaging posts, reels, captions, carousels, and other digital content.
• Design and edit graphics, promotional images, marketing creatives, and short videos.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand and marketing goals.
• Support brand-building initiatives, product announcements, campaigns, and launch-related activities.
• Maintain visual and messaging consistency across all digital platforms.
• Research industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant content opportunities.
• Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and analytics.




• Collaborate with the team to communicate COGÍVA’s product features, value proposition, and brand identity effectively. Qualifications & Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, branding, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Good graphic design and image-editing skills.
• Ability to create and edit short-form videos and reels.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design and video-editing applications.
• Understanding of content planning, digital marketing, audience engagement, and basic social media analytics.
• Creativity, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently.
• A portfolio showcasing previous designs, social media content, videos, or marketing work is preferred. What We're Looking For Someone who can take an idea from concept to execution, create visually compelling content, and help establish a consistent and recognisable brand.
