Reservation Manager Hotel: Ramada Encore by Wyndham, Vrindavan Department: Front Office / Reservations Reporting To: Front Office Manager / Director of Sales Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Reservation Manager to manage hotel bookings, handle guest inquiries, coordinate with the front office and sales teams, and ensure smooth reservation operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage room reservations, cancellations, amendments, and booking confirmations.
* Handle guest inquiries through phone calls, emails, online platforms, and travel agents.
* Monitor room availability, occupancy, and reservation records.
* Coordinate with the Front Office and Sales teams for smooth guest arrivals and group bookings.
* Ensure accurate booking details, rates, and guest information.
* Manage online travel agency (OTA) bookings and hotel reservation systems.
* Support revenue generation through effective room inventory and rate management.
* Maintain guest records and prepare daily reservation reports.




* Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure a positive booking experience.
* Train and supervise the reservations team to maintain service standards. Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
* 2–4 years of experience in hotel reservations, preferably with supervisory experience.
* Knowledge of hotel PMS, OTA platforms, and reservation management systems.
* Solid communication, customer service, and team management skills.
* Good understanding of room inventory, occupancy, and revenue management.
* Proficiency in MS Office and email communication. Preferred Candidate A proactive professional with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage reservations efficiently while delivering excellent guest service.
