Role Description The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the patisserie outlet, ensuring smooth service, product quality, and an excellent guest experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tamil Nadu, India, involving supervision of staff, shift planning, and adherence to brand standards.

Key responsibilities
include managing customer service at the outlet, monitoring inventory and stock levels, coordinating with the kitchen and supply teams, and ensuring hygienic and secure food handling practices. The role also involves handling cash and billing processes, maintaining store presentation,



resolving customer queries, and driving sales and profitability through effective team leadership. The Outlet Manager is expected to model professional behavior, support training and development of team members, and contribute to continuous improvement of outlet performance. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills with a focus on delivering high-quality guest experiences.
• Candidates should possess effective People Management capabilities, including team supervision, coaching, and performance oversight.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
• Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and ensure product availability.
• Relevant experience in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality outlet management is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per outlet requirements.
• Knowledge of basic POS operations, cash handling, and hygiene and safety standards is beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in hospitality, retail management, business, or a related field is an advantage.
