Role Description The Senior Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore Urban. This role involves leading architectural design for residential and commercial projects, from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with Svamitva Group’s quality and compliance standards. The Senior Architect will develop detailed drawings, coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams, and integrate design solutions across disciplines. Daily tasks include reviewing designs, guiding junior architects, collaborating with project management and construction teams, and overseeing design changes during execution. The role also includes client interactions, ensuring design requirements are understood and delivered,



and participating in approvals, regulatory submissions, and site visits to monitor implementation. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, detailing, and familiarity with building codes and regulations.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple projects, manage timelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess Integration skills to align architectural designs with structural, MEP, interior, and landscaping requirements for cohesive project delivery.
• Candidates should possess relevant Software Development and design-tool proficiency, such as CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), 3D visualization tools, and basic digital documentation workflows.
• Professional degree in Architecture (B.
Arch or M.
Arch) from an accredited institution.
• Several years of experience in a senior or lead architect role within real estate or construction, preferably with large-scale residential or mixed-use projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
• Registration with a recognized architectural council or professional body is an advantage.
