Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Solar Consultant role based in Jaipur. The Solar Consultant will engage with prospective customers, understand their energy needs, and recommend appropriate rooftop solar solutions. In day-to-day work, the consultant will conduct site assessments, prepare proposals and system sizing estimates, explain technical and financial perks, and support customers throughout the decision-making process. The role includes managing the sales cycle, coordinating with design and installation teams, and ensuring timely follow-up and customer satisfaction. The consultant will maintain accurate records in CRM tools and stay updated on solar products, policies, and government incentives to provide informed guidance. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong consultative sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, prospect nurturing, and closing residential solar projects.
• Candidates should possess basic technical understanding of rooftop solar systems, including system sizing, site feasibility assessment, and familiarity with solar hardware and inverters.
• Candidates should possess clear communication and presentation skills to explain solar benefits, financing options, and government incentives in a simple and confident manner.
• Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including accurate proposal preparation, CRM usage, and follow-up tracking.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field are beneficial; experience in solar, renewable energy, or home solutions sales is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, conduct regular field visits, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism is required.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM platforms) and a willingness to learn new solar technologies and market developments is preferred.
