The Bench Sales Recruiter will manage and market bench consultants, identify suitable client requirements, and submit qualified profiles through various job portals, social media, and direct channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with vendors and clients, negotiating rates and terms, and coordinating interviews and onboarding activities. The role also involves tracking consultant availability, maintaining accurate records in recruiting systems, and following up regularly to ensure timely placement.



Collaboration with account management and recruiting teams to align bench sales strategies with business goals is a key aspect of this position. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Sales Recruitment skills with experience in marketing bench consultants and working with vendors and clients.
• Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management.
• Candidates should possess Hiring-related skills, including evaluating candidates, aligning profiles with client needs, and supporting onboarding processes.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain and grow relationships with clients and vendor partners.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional negotiation abilities.
• Relevant experience in IT staffing, consulting, or bench sales recruitment is highly beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of job portals, social media recruiting, and market trends in IT services is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requirements, and meet deadlines is important.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
