HR Recruiter – VFX & Animation Industry Company: People Media Factory

Hyderabad People Media Factory is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in talent acquisition within the VFX, Animation, Gaming, or Creative Media industry, along with a passion for identifying and attracting the right talent.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for VFX and Animation roles.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through relevant recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate the selection process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline within the creative media industry.
• Manage offer rollouts, pre-joining formalities, and onboarding activities.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.




• Collaborate with production teams and department heads to understand hiring needs and achieve recruitment targets. Requirements
• Prior experience in recruitment within the VFX, Animation, Gaming, or Creative Media industry.
• Good understanding of VFX production roles, creative profiles, and industry workflows.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing onboarding, candidate documentation, and joining formalities.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced work setting.
