It's about understanding students, recognising their potential, and helping them make informed choices about their future. We're looking for a passionate and experienced Student Mentor to join our team What will you do?
• Guide students through their undergraduate and postgraduate admissions journey for universities in India and abroad.
• Help students identify suitable universities and courses based on their academic profiles, interests, and aspirations.
• Mentor students on profile building, extracurricular activities, research, internships, and personal development.
• Support students with application strategy, essays, SOPs, and interview preparation.
• Build meaningful relationships with students and parents, ensuring a personalised mentoring experience.
• Manage application timelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality and timely submissions. Who are we looking for?




• Prior experience in overseas education counselling, university admissions, or student mentoring.
• Strong understanding of international university admissions, particularly the US, UK, Canada, Europe, and Asia.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Someone who can connect with teenagers, understand their aspirations, and guide them with patience and clarity.
• A proactive, detail-oriented skilled who can take ownership of the student journey. ?
