Role Description The Business Development Specialist (US Shift, Onsite, Noida) is a full-time role focused on identifying and converting current business opportunities in the logistics and freight forwarding space. Responsibilities include researching prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and conducting outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings aligned with US time zones. The role involves presenting V2U Logistics’ services, building long-term relationships, and coordinating with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account growth.



The specialist will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, track performance metrics, and support sales strategies and campaigns. This position is based on-site in Noida and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and growth targets. Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating markets, client needs, and business performance metrics.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities for client engagement, presentations, and relationship management.
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify opportunities and develop targeted outreach strategies.
• Experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Comfort working in US shifts and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online research platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt to changing business priorities.
