Role Description The IMOS Designer will be responsible for creating and modifying detailed IMOS-based designs and production drawings for joinery, furniture, and interior fit-out projects. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting client requirements, developing 3D models and cutting lists, preparing CNC-ready files, and ensuring that all designs comply with project specifications and relevant standards. The role involves close collaboration with engineers, project managers, and production teams to resolve design issues, optimize material usage, and maintain accuracy throughout the design-to-manufacture process. The IMOS Designer will also support documentation, version control, and design revisions, while contributing to continuous improvement of design templates and workflows. This is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong IMOS design skills, including 3D modeling, parametric design setup, and generation of detailed production drawings.




• Candidates should possess proficiency with CAD tools and related design software used in furniture, joinery, or interior design (e.g., AutoCAD or similar), along with good technical drawing interpretation skills.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes for woodwork or modular furniture, including an understanding of materials, hardware, and CNC machining requirements.
• Candidates should possess effective collaboration and communication skills for working with engineering, production, and project management teams, including the ability to clarify specifications and resolve design queries.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills to manage multiple design tasks, revisions, and deadlines.
• Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, interior design, furniture design, or a related technical field is preferred, along with prior experience in an IMOS or similar design environment.
