Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures for open positions.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Shine, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and respective department heads.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview feedback, offer acceptance,



documentation, and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Achieve recruitment targets within the defined timelines.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Required Skills And Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
• Solid follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
