Role Description The Assistant Food Beverage Manager is a full-time, in office role based at The Ananda Hotel Guntur in Guntur East. This role supports the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations of restaurants, the wellness café, and in-room dining, ensuring high standards of service, hygiene, and product quality.

Key responsibilities
include supervising service teams, coordinating with kitchen staff, managing reservations and guest inquiries, and handling guest feedback promptly and professionally.



The Assistant Food Beverage Manager helps plan menus and promotions, monitors stock levels, assists in cost control and budgeting, and ensures adherence to health and safety regulations. The role also involves training and coaching team members, maintaining clear communication across departments, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, with experience in restaurant or hotel F&B; operations.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle guest interactions, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Candidates should possess Training skills, including the ability to coach, mentor, and develop service staff to company standards.
• Candidates should possess Budgeting skills, with exposure to cost control, inventory management, and basic financial reporting for F&B; outlets.
• Relevant additional qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are required.
• Prior experience in hotel Food & Beverage roles, knowledge of food safety standards, and familiarity with POS and basic MS Office tools will be beneficial.
