Experience:
2–5 years Role Overview: The Data Migration Engineer prepares legacy CRM and CMDM records for migration into Veeva Network/OpenData and Vault CRM. The role focuses on cleansing, deduplicating, and standardising records; executing match-and-merge logic; validating record counts before and after loading; and documenting reconciliation results for client sign-off.

Key Responsibilities
• Cleanse, deduplicate, and standardise legacy CRM/CMDM records before migration.
• Prepare and support migration of records into Veeva Network/OpenData and Vault CRM.
• Execute match-and-merge logic in line with the applicable migration approach and governance requirements.
• Validate record counts before and after data loads to identify discrepancies.




• Document reconciliation results and prepare supporting information for client sign-off.
• Work with migration colleagues to investigate data-quality issues and support accurate migration outcomes. Required Skills and

Experience:
• 2–5 years of experience in data migration and/or MDM roles.
• Robust SQL skills and data-wrangling capabilities.
• Experience with ETL tools.
• Working knowledge of HCP/HCO master data and pharmaceutical commercial data concepts, including territories, affiliations, and licences. Preferred

Qualifications:
• Experience in the life sciences industry is preferred. Work Location and Arrangement: This role is based in Pune, Maharashtra, with a hybrid working arrangement. Pune is the first preference, and candidates should be able to attend the office at least 2–3 days per week as required.
