Role Description The Academic Associate role is a full time, in office position based at IIM Rohtak in Rohtak. The Academic Associate will support faculty in teaching and research activities, including preparing course materials, assisting with case development, and coordinating classroom sessions. Daily responsibilities may involve data collection and analysis for research projects, facilitating tutorials or review sessions, and helping manage learning resources and academic records.



The role also includes assisting in evaluation processes such as quizzes, assignments, and examinations, and providing academic support to students when needed. The Academic Associate is expected to contribute to the institute’s academic environment by maintaining high standards of professionalism and collaboration. Qualifications
