Job Description
Team3 Associates is looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have a solid interest in architectural design, planning, and project development, along with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections.
• Create 2D drawings and 3D models for architectural projects.
• Coordinate with senior architects and other team members.
• Assist with material selection, design development, and project documentation.




• Participate in site visits and monitor project progress when required.
• Ensure drawings and designs meet project requirements and quality standards. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.
Arch).
• 0–3 years of experience; freshers are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural design software.
• Understanding of architectural design, planning, and construction drawings.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
