Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Credit Analyst: CA Fresher. The Credit Analyst will assess creditworthiness of SME clients by analyzing financial statements, cash flows, and business performance indicators. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing credit appraisal reports, conducting risk analysis, and supporting the approval process for credit proposals in line with internal policies. The role involves close collaboration with relationship managers and other internal teams to gather information,



clarify client requirements, and maintain accurate documentation. The Credit Analyst will also monitor existing portfolios, track key metrics, and contribute to process improvements that enhance credit evaluation and turnaround time. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Credit Management and Credit evaluation skills relevant to SME lending.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret financial data and business metrics.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance, including understanding of financial statements and ratios.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, preferably recently certified, with an interest in credit and risk analysis.
• Attention to detail, high ethical standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic financial modeling; familiarity with lending or banking systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
