Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Station Manager to manage the overall operations of a logistics station. The candidate will be responsible for workforce management, daily operational performance, delivery efficiency, attendance, compliance, and ensuring smooth station functioning.

Key Responsibilities
• Station Operations: Manage day-to-day station activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Team Management: Lead, supervise, and motivate delivery associates, team leaders, and support staff.
• Performance Monitoring: Track daily KPIs, productivity, delivery performance, and operational targets.
• Workforce Management: Manage manpower planning, attendance, shift allocation, and roster adherence.
• Last-Mile Operations: Ensure timely delivery, efficient route planning, and effective handling of delivery exceptions.
• Inventory & Asset Management: Monitor station assets, equipment, and inventory wherever applicable.
• Customer Satisfaction: Resolve delivery-related escalations and ensure service quality.
• Compliance & Safety:



Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
• Reporting: Prepare and share daily operational reports, attendance reports, and performance updates.
• Cost Management: Optimize operational costs and improve workforce productivity.
• Coordination: Work closely with Cluster Managers, HR, Finance, and client teams to resolve operational issues.
• Loss Prevention: Identify operational risks, prevent losses, and report discrepancies or irregularities. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any relevant discipline.
• 2 years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, e-commerce, or quick commerce operations.
• Previous experience managing a station, hub, or delivery team is preferred.
• Robust team management and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts and manage operational requirements as needed. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
