JD for the CoE Specialist – Service Automation role: 5-7 years of hands-on experience with enterprise platforms, including ITSM, ITAM, and Observability.
• Implement and support service automation solutions, upgrades, and improvements.
• Manage PoCs, pilots, and automation for ITSM, ITAM, Observability, and Unified Endpoint Management.
• Integrate ITSM, monitoring, vulnerability management, and other enterprise tools.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide L3 support.
• Support service transitions and customer onboarding, including technical setup and configuration.
• Maintain technical documents, runbooks, standards, and knowledge articles.
• Identify opportunities to use automation and AI to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Work with CoE Engineers, Operations, and Presales teams to meet customer needs and support managed services opportunities.
