The Equity Dealer will execute client orders in equities and related instruments accurately and in a timely manner, while adhering to regulatory and internal compliance guidelines. The role involves monitoring market movements, providing basic trade-related information, and updating clients on order status and portfolio positions as per organizational standards. The Equity Dealer will coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth client onboarding, trade execution, and post-trade support,



including contract note verification and resolution of trade discrepancies. The role also includes maintaining proper records, using trading terminals and relevant software efficiently, and contributing to business growth through quality customer service. Qualifications
• Strong understanding of capital markets with practical knowledge of Stock Market dynamics and regulatory framework.
• Hands-on experience or strong aptitude in Trading operations, including order placement, trade execution, and dealing room practices.
• Solid grasp of Equities, equity instruments, and related market products.
• Foundational to advanced knowledge in Finance, including risk, return, and basic valuation concepts.
• Ability to assess and discuss Investments in line with client risk profiles and organizational guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., NISM Series VIII, or equivalent) are highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with trading platforms, MS Office tools, and basic analytics; comfort working with data and reports.
• Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced market environment.
• Explicit, professional communication skills and a client-centric approach, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
