Role Description The D2C Logistics Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing end-to-end order fulfillment for direct-to-consumer operations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating order processing, managing inventory levels, monitoring dispatch and delivery timelines, and ensuring accurate and timely shipment of customer orders. The role involves working closely with courier partners, resolving delivery issues, and optimizing logistics workflows to reduce costs and improve service levels.



The D2C Logistics Executive also collaborates with customer service and sales teams to address order-related queries and maintain a high standard of customer experience, while tracking key metrics and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications
• Strong logistics management and supply chain management skills to handle order fulfillment, inventory, and courier coordination.
• Customer service and communication skills to manage delivery-related queries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Basic sales and cross-functional collaboration skills to support D2C campaigns and align logistics with commercial goals.
• Proficiency with order management systems, spreadsheets, and tracking tools; comfort working with data and reports.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or D2C operations is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a rapid-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
