Role Description The Article Trainee will support audit, accounting, and taxation assignments under the guidance of senior team members in a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in statutory and internal audits, helping prepare financial statements and working papers, and supporting tax computations and filings. The trainee will perform research on accounting and tax issues, help document processes, and assist with compliance and regulatory reporting. The role also involves maintaining organized records,



coordinating with clients for data collection, and contributing to business support service engagements. The position offers practical exposure to professional standards, client interaction, and structured learning in audit, tax, and advisory work. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in accounting principles, auditing concepts, and basic taxation rules.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with accounting or tax software is an advantage.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage time effectively, work under supervision, meet deadlines, and adapt to a structured training environment.
• Pursuing or completed CA articleship eligibility (or equivalent professional training requirement); commerce or finance-related academic background preferred.
• High level of integrity, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback and continuous professional development.
