• IRM (Integrated Risk Management)
• CSM (Customer Service Management) ✅ Strong experience in solution design, architecture, implementation, and stakeholder management. Mandatory Certifications
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)




• Module-specific certifications such as:
• ITOM Discovery
• CSM
• ITAM
