Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales and lead generation in the hospitality and co-living sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leads, engaging with potential customers, converting enquiries into bookings, and building solid relationships with corporate clients and business travellers. Roles & Responsiblities:
• Generate and manage leads through inbound enquiries, outbound calls, and other sales channels.
• Connect with prospective customers, understand their accommodation requirements, and recommend suitable properties and solutions.
• Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Identify and develop business opportunities with corporate clients, companies, and business travellers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate lead records,



follow-up updates, and sales reports using CRM tools or other tracking systems.
• Track sales performance, conversion rates, and lead pipelines to achieve assigned targets.
• Coordinate with operations and property teams to ensure a smooth transition from booking to customer check-in. Qualification &

Skills:
• Experience in inside sales, lead generation, telecalling, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle sales calls, follow up with prospects, and close deals effectively.
• Experience in hospitality, hotels, travel, co-living, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management systems, and basic sales reporting is an advantage.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be willing to work from the office in Bengaluru.
