Job Summary : The Student Relationship Executive will play a crucial role in engaging with prospective students, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into enrollments. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build robust relationships with students and their families .

Key Responsibilities
 Lead Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective students through calls and emails to discuss course offerings and address inquiries.  Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and their families to foster trust and encourage enrollment.  Counseling: Understand the interests and preferences of students to guide them in selecting appropriate courses that align with their career goals.  Follow-Up: Track leads and conduct follow-ups to ensure prospective students have all the information they need to make informed decisions.  Database Management:



Maintain an organized database of student inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollment status.  Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies aimed at achieving enrollment targets.  Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students and parents to improve services and address any concerns promptly.  Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead conversion rates and student feedback to management.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or student admissions is an advantage.

Skills:
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.  Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.  Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
