Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads through calls, references, walk-ins, and networking.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
* Conduct site visits and present project features, amenities, and investment benefits.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and channel partners.
* Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into successful sales.
* Negotiate with clients and assist throughout the booking and closing process.




* Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and lead follow-up records.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Eligibility & Requirements
* Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant sales experience are preferred.
* Experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or customer-facing sales will be an advantage.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Strong convincing ability and a target-oriented mindset.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
