Role Description The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kerala, India, and involves prospecting potential clients, qualifying leads, and presenting Hike Advertising’s software development and digital marketing services. The BDE will conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing account management. Daily activities include maintaining an active sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics,



and providing regular updates and insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business to identify opportunities and drive sustainable growth.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospective clients.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions clearly, handle negotiations, and maintain professional client interactions.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to nurture client relationships and support long-term partnerships.
• Relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably within software development, digital marketing, or related industries.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in basic CRM tools and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
