Position OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Business Operations Associate to manage hands-on sales activities while supporting the training, coaching, and performance development of our sales counselling team. The role combines direct customer engagement and lead conversion with onboarding, call quality assessment, and sales process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
• Engage with prospective students and parents, understand their requirements, pitch suitable solutions, handle objections, and drive enrolments.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer relationships while meeting individual sales targets and maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Support the onboarding and training of new counsellors on products, sales processes, CRM workflows, and customer engagement.
• Conduct role-plays, mock calls, and practical training sessions to strengthen counselling and closing skills.
• Review recorded sales calls and provide actionable feedback using specific examples and timestamps.
• Coach counsellors on communication,



needs assessment, objection handling, follow-ups, and conversion techniques.
• Track conversion metrics and call quality, identify performance gaps, and recommend targeted coaching interventions.
• Develop and maintain training materials, call scripts, and process documentation to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to improve sales processes, CRM discipline, customer experience, and overall team performance. Skills & Qualifications
• Solid sales experience, preferably in consultative sales, education, edtech, or service-based industries.
• Experience in training, mentoring, onboarding, or coaching sales teams is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, customer relationship management, and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to balance individual sales targets with team training and development.
