Hiring: Quantity Surveyor & Cost Controller Company: Abu Villa Designs Abu Villa Design, Kannur, is looking for a detail-oriented professional to prepare quantity estimates, manage project costs, prepare BOQs, and support budgeting for architectural and interior design projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare quantity estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Calculate material quantities, labour costs and project expenses.
• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.
• Analyse supplier and contractor quotations.
• Read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
• Monitor project costs and maintain estimation records Requirements
• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying & Cost Control.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Relevant experience in quantity surveying and cost control.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant industry software.
• Robust analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
