The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand founded in 2013. Today, we are one of India’s largest online merchandising platforms, with licensing partnerships including Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL and Viacom18 among others. We create products inspired by pop culture superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons—while also staying deeply rooted in evolving youth fashion and lifestyle trends. Alongside our core men’s and women’s apparel categories, we are actively expanding into new product lines such as activewear, Supima products, personal care (perfumes), footwear and backpacks. Role Overview An AI Image Specialist / Editor is responsible for creating high-quality, photorealistic, and visually compelling images by combining advanced AI image generation techniques with professional image editing and retouching skills. The role requires the ability to transform creative briefs, ideas, themes, mood boards, and visual references into premium visuals that align with the brand’s creative direction and campaign objectives.



The candidate should have hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as OpenAI, Magnific AI, Higgsfield, and other relevant platforms to generate images from scratch, develop new visual concepts, enhance existing shoot images, and create high-end imagery for fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, marketing, and advertising campaigns. The role involves translating creative requirements into compelling visuals through effective prompt writing, composition, lighting, camera angles, backgrounds, styling, and visual aesthetics. The candidate must also be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and other professional editing tools to refine AI-generated images, perform advanced retouching, correct visual inconsistencies, and deliver polished, production-ready outputs. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative eye, attention to detail, and a positive understanding of visual storytelling, image quality, realism, and brand consistency. They should be comfortable experimenting with new AI tools and workflows while bringing creative concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities
AI Image Generation, Editing & Retouching
• Generate high-quality,



photorealistic images from scratch using AI tools such as OpenAI, Magnific AI, Higgsfield, and other platforms.
• Translate creative briefs, ideas, themes, mood boards, and art direction into visually compelling images.
• Create premium fashion, lifestyle, product, and campaign visuals for e-commerce, social media, and marketing.
• Experiment with AI prompts, lighting, camera angles, backgrounds, styling, and compositions to achieve the desired results.
• Enhance existing shoot images and transform visual references into new creative concepts using AI.
• Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop, including skin retouching, color correction, background enhancement, masking, and compositing.
• Correct AI-generated imperfections and refine product details, textures, lighting, and overall image quality.
• Ensure final images meet brand guidelines, creative requirements, and technical quality standards.
• Explore current AI tools and workflows to improve creative output and production efficiency. Preferred Qualifications
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in AI image generation, photo editing, retouching, digital imaging, or a similar creative role.
• A portfolio demonstrating AI-generated imagery, photorealistic visuals, image manipulation, and advanced retouching.
• Experience working with fashion, apparel, lifestyle, e-commerce, or advertising brands is preferred.
