Role Description The Chartered Accountant at Swan Invest will manage and oversee financial accounting, reporting, and compliance activities to support the firm’s investment operations. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining accurate general ledgers, handling tax planning and filings, and ensuring adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves monitoring financial performance, supporting audits, analyzing cost structures, and providing insights to improve financial efficiency and risk management. The Chartered Accountant will collaborate with investment, operations, and management teams to align financial reporting with portfolio performance and business objectives. This is a full-time,



in office role based in Indore. Qualifications
• Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, with experience preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP tools, as well as strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
• Ability to perform detailed financial analysis, interpret data, and provide actionable recommendations to support investment and business decisions.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present financial information clearly.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Prior experience in investment management, financial services, or related sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
