Role Definition/Purpose We are looking for an organised and proactive Marketing Executive to support the execution and coordination of marketing activities, including vendor management, marketing collateral, lead tracking, event coordination, promotional offers, portfolio management, brand management, strategy development and website and web-shop management. Responsibility/Deliverables Vendor Management:
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing related requirements.
• Follow up on deliverables, timelines, quotations, and approvals.
• Ensure timely execution of assigned marketing activities. Collateral Management
• Maintain and update marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and product-related materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams and designers for the development and revision of collaterals.
• Maintain an organized inventory of digital and printed marketing materials. Lead Management
• Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system.
• Track lead status, follow-ups, and lead movement through the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with sales and relevant internal teams to ensure timely lead follow-up and accurate records. Event Coordination
• Coordinate with event organizers to collect event details, participation requirements, timelines, and promotional materials.
• Maintain event-related information and ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders.
• Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing events, webinars, conferences, and exhibitions. Offer & Promotion Management
• Maintain and update offer datasheets with relevant product, pricing, discount, and validity details.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify offer information.
• Ensure offer-related information is accurate, updated,



and communicated within the required timelines. Web Management
• Coordinate website and web-shop content updates, including product information, promotional offers, and other relevant details.
• Work with internal teams and external agencies to resolve website or web-shop-related issues.
• Ensure product listings and marketing information are accurate and up to date. Brand / Portfolio Management 1. Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across marketing materials and communication channels. 2. Coordinate the development of brand-related communication, promotional materials, and campaigns. 3. Support brand awareness initiatives and maintain consistency in brand messaging across platforms. 4. Coordinate with product managers, principals, and internal teams to gather product updates and relevant information. Marketing Strategy Building
• Support the development and execution of marketing plans and promotional strategies for assigned products, services, and brands.
• Assist in identifying marketing opportunities, target audiences, and suitable promotional channels. Key Competencies
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with CRM systems, website management, or web-shop platforms would be an advantage.
• Experience in B2B marketing, life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals would be preferred. Experience & Educational Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MBA (Marketing), or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role. Job location
