Role Description The Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves planning and executing marketing initiatives to promote Naexa Green Energies’ products and services, including campaigns, events, and digital outreach. The Marketing Executive will conduct market research, analyze trends, and support the development of marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and generate qualified leads. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with sales teams, preparing marketing materials and presentations, managing communication across channels, and tracking performance metrics to optimize campaigns.



The role also requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business objectives. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to gather insights, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to create clear messaging and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Marketing to support revenue generation and align promotional activities with business goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in energy, sustainability, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
