Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Dhakuakhana. The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to drawings, technical specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with civil engineers, contractors, and workers, monitoring material usage, verifying structural work, and maintaining site documentation such as progress reports and measurement records. The role involves conducting regular inspections for quality control, resolving technical issues on-site, and communicating project updates and risks to project managers. The Site Engineer will also support adherence to local regulations, environmental guidelines,



and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid on-site supervision skills and the ability to manage daily construction activities efficiently.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with engineers, contractors, workers, and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess quality control capabilities, including inspection, compliance checks, and documentation of site work.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of structural engineering principles and practical application in civil construction.
• Candidates should possess civil engineering expertise, preferably with a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in reading drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications, and familiarity with relevant construction codes and standards.
• Ability to work in field conditions, prioritize tasks, and solve technical and operational issues promptly.
• Previous experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in infrastructure or building projects will be an advantage.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and use of construction-related software are beneficial.
