Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding payments and overdue invoices.
• Follow up on pending accounts and ensure timely payment collection.
• Handle billing discrepancies, payment queries, and collection-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment status, and follow-ups.
• Communicate professionally with international clients to resolve payment-related concerns.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or Collections.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in international calling or payment follow-ups is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet collection targets.
• Must be comfortable working in the US night shift from our Mohali office.
