Sunbow Technologies also delivers front-end solutions with technologies like jQuery and AngularJS and develops mobile applications for Android and iOS. Role Description The Owner at Sunbow Technologies is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for defining and implementing the company’s business strategy, overseeing operations, and driving growth across web development, eCommerce, CMS, and mobile app projects. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, setting project priorities, monitoring delivery timelines, and ensuring technical and quality standards are met. The Owner will also lead business development initiatives, manage budgets and resources, provide guidance to the technical and project teams, and represent the company in external partnerships and negotiations. This role requires hands-on involvement in decision-making, problem-solving, and continuous improvement of processes and service offerings.



Qualifications
• Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in business strategy, operations management, and decision-making in a technology or services-based organization.
• Background in web technologies such as eCommerce platforms (Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify), CMS frameworks (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Laravel), and front-end development (jQuery, AngularJS).
• Understanding of mobile app development processes for Android and iOS, including project scoping, execution oversight, and quality control.
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage global stakeholders and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and oversee multiple projects to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth, innovation, and continuous improvement of services and internal processes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent qualified experience.
• Prior experience in owning, co-founding, or leading a tech or web development business is highly beneficial.
