About the role

Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
Overseeing the customer service process and resolving customer complaints was
brought to your attention.

Responsibilities

● Answer phone calls in a professional manner and
provide information about products and services as requested by the customer.

● Keep records of interaction of customers,
keeping records of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments.

● Render Administrative support to other customer
care team members when the need arises, or as instructed.

● Follow up customers and their complaints,
ensuring that customers' requests are attended accordingly.

Location and commitments

● Permanent full time role based at our India
office Monday – Friday (5 days a week).

Requirements

Candidate requirements

● Excellent communication skills (Verbal, writing
& Reading), especially coupled with fluency in English language.





● Must have a minimum of 1 years of experience in international
voice process/Customer Service or Transport/Logistics.

● Knowledge about Geographical areas of the UK
will be an added advantage.

● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage
time effectively.

● Strong phone contact handling skills and active
listening.

● Ability to listen and pay attention to details.

● Possess excellent telephone and email etiquette.

● Problem solving skills are needed to be able to
quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to
time.

● Ability to effectively work with the team.

● Possess a fair knowledge of how to use the
computer system and its basic applications.

● Willingness to work as per UK shift timings.

Key Point:

● Candidate with International voice experience (outbound/Inbound),
Candidate who are working with any US rotational shift in voice process
