About the Role
A customer-focused Account Executive / Customer Success professional to manage existing customer accounts, drive
product adoption, maintain strong customer relationships, and support customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer relationships and ensure consistent engagement across assigned accounts.
• Support customer onboarding, product adoption, and platform enablement.
• Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate customer follow-ups, renewal activities, and retention initiatives.
• Track customer goals, maintain CRM records, and prepare periodic account reports.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.




• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and platform adoption.

Required Skills
• 4-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Servicing, preferably in a SaaS or
technology environment.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, customer-first approach.
• Willingness to work in shifts aligned with international customers, particularly the US and UK
