• Qualification: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2); graduates are welcome.

Experience:
6 months to 1 year in inbound and outbound calling.
• Shift: Night and rotational shifts, as per business requirements.
• Working Days: 6 days a week, with 1 rotational weekly off.

Working Hours
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including a 45-minute break.

Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email communication. ?

Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle customer inquiries and provide timely assistance. ✅ Assist with bus ticket bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling. ✅ Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally. ✅ Provide accurate information about routes, schedules, fares,



and travel services. ✅ Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback. ✅ Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure customer satisfaction. ?
