Customer Support Specialist Company: Fery Rides

Salary:
₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance) About Fery Rides Fery Rides is a women-focused ride service in Delhi-NCR. We provide secure and reliable travel through electric scooties and cabs driven by women.

About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Support Executive who can help customers with their queries, bookings, complaints, and other ride-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Help customers with ride bookings, cancellations, and refund requests.
• Resolve customer complaints and ride-related issues.
• Coordinate with Sister Partners and the operations team.
• Follow up on pending issues until they are resolved.




• Maintain records of customer queries and complaints.
• Ensure customers receive timely and helpful support. Skills Required
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• A polite, patient, and helpful attitude.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple queries responsibly. Eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, telecalling, or a similar role.
• Experience in transportation, travel, or ride-hailing services is an advantage.
