Role Description The Network Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s network infrastructure that supports production, R&D;, and corporate operations. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and managing switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks, monitoring performance, and proactively resolving connectivity and security issues. The role involves troubleshooting network incidents, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with IT and operations teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable connectivity across offices, plants, and cloud environments. The Network Engineer will also document network architecture and procedures, support technology upgrades,



and contribute to projects that integrate advanced systems and automation into G3R’s digital ecosystem. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Engineering and Network Design, including planning, implementing, and optimizing LAN/WAN and wireless infrastructure.
• Candidates should possess solid Network Administration skills, covering configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network devices and services.
• Candidates should possess advanced Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve network performance, connectivity, and reliability issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Network Security, including firewalls, VPNs, access control, and best practices for protecting data and systems.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with enterprise networking technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, or similar platforms), network monitoring tools, and basic server or cloud concepts.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are beneficial; experience in manufacturing or renewable energy environments is an advantage.
