We are hiring a full-time Solutions Consultant who can run live demos across both finance and HR domain for Hobasa's prospects, partners and advisors. About Hobasa and the roleHobasa helps companies put AI to work on their real systems. We connect finance, HR and payroll data, flag the gaps between systems with the evidence, and help customers at the stage they are at: an AI readiness assessment, implementation, or the product. What you will do
• Run live demos and walkthroughs for company leaders, fractional advisors and tech teams, covering finance, HR or both in one session.
• Open with discovery. Understand the prospect's goals, systems and pain points, then show only what is relevant, using one realistic scenario.
• Explain the three ways in (assessment, implementation and product) and help the prospect choose where to start.
• Answer finance and HR questions in the prospect's language, and handle objections such as "we can do this with Claude or our own team" calmly and honestly.
• Be precise about what the product does today. Show only what is live, and say so when something is not.
Feed what you hear back to product and GTM: questions, objections and missing features. What you bring Must have
• 6+ years in finance or HR roles, or in pre-sales, consulting or solution consulting for finance and HR software.
• Working knowledge of both sides. Finance: reporting, the general ledger, payroll costs and billing. HR: HRIS, payroll, workforce data and compliance basics. You do not need to be an expert in both, but you need to be fluent enough to hold a credible conversation in each.
• Experience giving live demos or presentations to senior audiences, ideally in the US.
• Clear, calm spoken English, a measured pace, and the habit of checking that the other person has understood.
• Comfort with AI tools, and with explaining data from several systems in one view.
• Ownership. This is a full time role, and the demo is yours to improve.
